As a veterinarian and mom of 2, I know all too well how easy it is to wake up 10 years (or more) later and wonder what happened to yourself while you were focusing on others. I created the Healthcare-to-Selfcare Bootcamp, to help people find the time in their busy lives to make their own health a priority once and for all. During this Bootcamp, we not only focus on nutrition, exercise, time management tips and wellness strategies but we also focus on ways to manage stress, compassion fatigue and how to not feel so overwhelmed. The first week we begin with a one-on-one consultation with me, either by phone or video chat so we can discuss what is keeping you from living the life you want to be living, whether it’s due to stress, a busy family, your career or all of the above. You’ll learn the time management and organization tips that I use daily and have been instrumental in my success. Together, we will decide your next steps and what fitness and nutrition program you want to begin so you can start achieving your goals. Your program will be tailored to meet the specific goals we set during our conversation. As a veterinarian, I know all too well the struggles of working and being a mom and trying to fit it all in. Let me show you the strategies I have learned along the way that have helped me reach my goals.
The second week, I will provide you with meal plans, shopping tips, and more to prepare you for success in your new journey. The next three weeks will consist of you getting into the swing of your new life, fitness program and nutrition plan we have developed. All nutrition plans include a dense superfood nutritional meal supplement to be used once daily. During this time, an online group will also be created for you to have support, daily motivation/extra tips, and engage with others in the private group. You can also choose to have only one on one support through email if you prefer. The key to success is support and accountability as well as your commitment to the process.
The final week will consist of sharing success’ (such as measurements, weight loss, home improvements) and steps for maintaining long term success. There will also be an second consultation during this time to evaluate where you are with your goals and what the next steps are that you would like to take.
