Believe it or not, I totally get it! I was there, I lived that thought every single day. I woud see other people and think “I can’t make time to exercise like they can. I don’t have time to meal plan like she does” Forget it, I’ll start next week.
This is your “next week wake up call”. Right here, right now. I’m going to be there with you every step of the way to show you that you can do it. For this one week, we are going to start with the basics of adding in exercise just 4 times a week, introducing superfood nutrition with a daily nutrition drink and start learning the basics of meal planning with a full meal plan customized to where you are at. This is going to let you “try on” a new healthier lifestyle for 7 days with NO STRINGS ATTACHED!
I’m running my private clean week starting October 16th online and I want you to be a part of this supportive accountability group. We will all learn to meal plan, motivate each other and share tips and tricks we learn along the way.
