My New Favorite Pumpkin Spice Creamer!

Fall is here and with it comes a time for all things pumpkin!

I love it all, pumpkin pie, pumpkin bread, pumpkin spice lattes…. Love them all! But this year things are going to be a little different. With my new eating lifestyle (low carb/high fat), I am going to need to reel it in and find other ways to feed my pumpkin cravings.

 

I love coffee, I love pumpkin.. enter pumpkin spice creamer! It fits in my new eating program and it is SOOOO good, I have to share it with you! A friend shared this recipe with me a few weeks ago and I cannot get enough of it! SOOO good!

 

Now here’s the deal, it makes quite a bit, so unless you are sharing with others, you may want to make a 1/2 recipe to start.

 

Pumpkin Spice Creamer

1 can organic full fat coconut milk
1 tbsp MCT oil
t tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
20 drops of liquid stevia
1 tsp maple extract
1/2 tsp vanilla extract

 
 

Add all of the ingredients to a mini blender, blend and enjoy! Store in a mason jar (or similar container) for up to 5 days in the fridge.
I LOVE this creamer and it hits the spot when I am craving a little fall goodness. I hope you love it too!
